About TOFSC: We, as a group of business owners, intimately understand how daunting the legislation passed in September, 2011 was on our business. We began discussing how to economically comply with the new regulatory environment facing us.
After trading countless emails and thoughts, we realized there was a need to band together to assist in making the understanding of the regulatory pressures economical, but additionally, to provide a forum to exchange ideas to assist in management, operations and profitability.
